Now that I have a full time job, my situation is so so so NOT ideal, but I am going to take something from this and work my way into a commitment!Stephanie Kuehnerthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15337734171729461782noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3388578325782539013.post-82801929804655793302013-11-12T10:01:15.487-05:002013-11-12T10:01:15.487-05:00Glad you ladies can relate! We know that when we do, we'll look back and say, "Wow, that was really not that hard. What was my problem?" Yet it's so easy to cave to the excuses. Maybe "no excuses" should be my writing mantra along with "Trust your voice."Jennifer Castlehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08030235661651018751noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3388578325782539013.post-3901293094244874172013-11-12T09:39:23.415-05:002013-11-12T09:39:23.415-05:00So so true. I didn't one day last week (hey, my kid was puking too, all the way across the country) or two days when I was at a writing conference (doesn't count though you'd think it would). But what I've found is that sitting down every day (between kids on bus and lunch, hey it works for me too), becomes a habit and when I don't do it, I feel like shit.Kristihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01724127668983231150noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3388578325782539013.post-72893485292824404342013-11-12T07:40:23.443-05:002013-11-12T07:40:23.443-05:00Jennifer, I can completely relate to the life excu...Jennifer, I can completely relate to the life excuses. I've had the same NaNoWriMo wake up call. Writing daily is a lot more possible than I allowed myself to think and then if you do miss a day--you're miles ahead of where you were before.
