It&...Guilt plays a big part in making us do things. It's hard to remember that our needs are of the utmost importance and *then* others' can follow suit. Sometimes we say yes simply because we think it will benefit our career, too, when in reality, this exact same step (being part of a blog, for instance) will be *more* beneficial in a couple of years.
