    I applaud you for supporting local independent bookstores. We're losing so many businesses these days. It must be a struggle for them to keep the doors open. As an avid reader I'm crushed every time we lose one of this precious community. Thank you for what you do.

    Ah, but does this one sell internationally?

    The thing is, independent bookshops don't have the wholesale clout of the big chains. Also, the rise of the ebook is contributing to the problem, as people now buy more of these and fewer physical copies. It's easy to understand why that's happening - ebooks are really practical - but it's still sad.
